About the Role:



We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Branch Manager

to lead our branch operations in

Alappuzha region

. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in financial services, lending, and team leadership, with strong business acumen to drive growth, ensure compliance, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Branch Operations & Management



Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, RBI guidelines, and NBFC regulations. Manage branch profitability and operational efficiency. Supervise cash management, collections, and audit processes.

2. Business Development & Sales



Drive business growth through acquisition of new customers for loan products (SME loans, personal loans, gold loans, vehicle loans, etc.). Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to achieve branch targets. Build and maintain relationships with customers, business partners, and local market stakeholders.

3. Credit & Collections



Monitor loan disbursement, repayment schedules, and portfolio health. Ensure effective collections and minimal delinquency through proactive follow-up and recovery processes. Conduct credit assessment and ensure quality sourcing in line with company norms.

4. Team Leadership & Performance Management



Lead, motivate, and train branch staff to achieve performance goals. Conduct periodic performance reviews and implement improvement plans. Foster a customer-first culture and ensure excellent service delivery.

5. Compliance & Reporting



Ensure full compliance with internal audit, regulatory, and statutory requirements. Maintain accurate MIS and timely reporting to regional and head office teams.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong leadership and decision-making skills In-depth knowledge of NBFC operations, credit, and collections Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Target-oriented mindset with focus on business growth and risk management Proficiency in MS Office and financial reporting tools

Qualification & Experience:



Education:

Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration

Experience:

5-8 years of experience in the NBFC/BFSI sector, with at least 2 years in a branch leadership role

Preferred Background:

Candidates with exposure to retail lending, gold loans, MSME loans, or microfinance
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,944.71 - ₹34,335.14 per month
