This role owns end-to-end program management and performance governance across multiple functions, including marketing, traffic, conversion, vendor operations, selection, pricing and customer experience across different areas etc. The position is responsible for setting up a structured alarm and metric framework that proactively identifies risks, trends and opportunities across order patterns, defects, OTIF adherence, hub supply, and SKU buyability. The role demands deep analytical rigor to translate data into actions that improve speed, availability and customer outcomes. Success depends on strong stakeholder management with product, operations, tech, finance and vendor partners to drive alignment, close performance gaps and create mechanisms that scale across teams and regions.
Key job responsibilities
Design, implement and manage dashboards and automated alarms across traffic, conversion, marketing impact, vendor supply, OTIF, order trends, pricing, selection and SKU buyability. Program manage performance improvement by creating mechanisms to track inputs, identify gaps and drive corrective actions with accountable owners. Lead cross-functional reviews to diagnose root causes and embed solutions into operating plans. Partner with senior stakeholders across category, operations, vendors, sellers, tech and product teams to align on goals and escalate risks. Use analytical insights to influence planning, inventory flows, promotions and customer experience. Own program roadmaps, track progress and enable continuous improvement through automation, governance and experimentation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of with Excel experience
5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL
Experience using data to influence business decisions
Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
Experience with business analysis and P&L management
