:
1. Ensure blood grouping and cross matching of every patient blood sample with donor blood sample
2.Routine cross-match lab work (Preparation of child-bag, damage entry, cancellation of product, Antibody Titer, reverse blood group on plasma sample, Exchanged Transfusion)
3.Duty in other Labs when require
4. Record room maintenance
5. Assist technician in equipment calibration
6. At least 1 year Experience related to Blood Bank is okay otherwise laboratory experience is also okay.
