Design and implement smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, or others. Develop and maintain blockchain-based protocols and services. Lead technical architecture discussions and review the code of peers. Work with product and design teams to deliver user-focused features. Optimize blockchain transactions for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Integrate third-party APIs and tools to enhance dApp functionality. Monitor emerging technologies, trends, and tools in the blockchain ecosystem. Ensure security best practices are followed across all codebases and deployments. Mentor junior developers and lead technical project delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in blockchain development. Proficiency with one or more blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Solana, etc. Deep understanding of smart contract languages (Solidity, Vyper, Rust, etc.). Experience with web3 libraries such as Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar. Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles and decentralized networks. Familiarity with Truffle, Hardhat, or other blockchain development tools. Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Layer 2 solutions and interoperability protocols. Contribution to open-source blockchain projects. Knowledge of Zero-Knowledge Proofs, consensus algorithms, and tokenomics. Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices.
