We are looking for a highly experienced and self-motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join our Offshore Service Engineering Blade Module team. This role focuses on advanced structural calculations and finite element modelling (FEM) and analysis (FEA) of wind turbine blades using ANSYS tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blade structural analysis, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

How You'll Make an Impact

-----------------------------

Perform detailed structural analysis of wind turbine blades using ANSYS

Lead and execute FEA tasks independently, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery

Able to modify finite element blade models to perform strength, fatigue, and stability analyses for the service blade fleet

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, materials, process and testing

Document analysis results and present findings to internal stakeholders

Contribute to the development and improvement of simulation methodologies

Contribute and perform root cause analysis (RCA)

What You Bring

Minimum 5 years of experience in structural analysis of wind turbine blades

Expert-level proficiency in ANSYS tools for FEM/FEA and composite analysis

Strong understanding of composite materials and structural mechanics

Proven ability to work independently and drive tasks without supervision

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field (master's or PhD preferred)

Familiarity with MatLab / Phyton programming
