esign & Modeling


o



roduce detailed and conceptual design drawings/models for civil infrastructure projects in Hong Kong, ensuring accuracy and adherence t

o project specifications.
o

ollaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate BIM workflows into project lifecycles.

B


IM Standards & Workflow Management


o



evelop, implement, and enforce BIM/CAD standards, templates, and best practices across projects. o
aintain and optimize software templates (Revit, Civil3D, etc.) to ensure consistency and efficiency. o
utomate repetitive tasks (e.g., annotation, schedule generation) to enhance productivity and reduce errors. o
onduct quality control checks on all deliverables to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.

echnical Support


o



ead BIM implementation on projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing model performance. o
entor junior staff through training sessions, knowledge sharing, and on the-job guidance. o
reate customized BIM objects, families, and components to meet specific project needs.

ollaboration & Coordination


o



ollow the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and coordinate with external teams via the Common Data Environment (CDE). o
nsure seamless integration of BIM workflows with project management tools and collaboration platforms.

ey Competencies & Skills


T

echnical Proficiency :

Advanced expertise in Revit, Civil3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and MicroStation. Experience with CDE platforms (e.g., BIM360, Acc) is essential.

oftware Fluency :

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint for documentation

nd collaboration.

lear, concise English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

ducation: Diploma or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering (Bachelors preferred). o
ertification: Recognized BIM qualification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BSI BIM Level 2). o
xperience: 5+ years of hands-on BIM experience in civil/infrastructure projects, with at least 2 years in a senior coordination role. o
