repare the Electrical services modeling work o
xperienced in Containment, lighting, small power, fire alarm & detection, Security & access modeling o
repare MEP 3D Revit coordinated models o
etting up BIM models to the project standards and liaising with Model Managers from client side. o
mplement best practices on process Improvement works. o
dopt new technology and implementing in the team and process. o
reate work sets, work-sharing methodologies in Revit Models. o
lag resource concerns in advance to CAD/BIM manager. o
roject delivery responsibility on agreed schedules. o
reparing plant room layouts, sections, details and coordinated services drawings. o
gree priorities and deadlines for drawing/model production with CAD/BIM Manager. o
nput to the co-ordination of engineering services on projects. o
evelop general arrangement drawings from engineers sketches and other design team member drawings and details and develop sketches into co-ordinated building details o
iscuss and agree setting out and building services details with other members of the team o
omplete design sketches for information in tender documents for small / routine work o
roduce work to specified WSP in India CAD standards, suggest revisions to standards as appropriate o
se templates for CAD/BIM work and use CAD/BIM library items to assist design work o
rovide advice and coaching to junior CAD/BIM staff on CAD functions when requested o
ollow QA, document control, archiving & CDM guidelines on all work o
ork with project team members on specified aspects of the project o
nsuring all relevant standards and guides are used in accordance with WSP in India QA processes Y
