Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed

3D BIM models

for

Plumbing, Drainage, and Firefighting systems

using Autodesk Revit. Prepare

clash-free coordinated models

in collaboration with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. Generate

layouts, sections, schedules, and shop drawings

from BIM models. Review and interpret design drawings, technical specifications, and client requirements. Participate in

clash detection

,

model audits

, and ensure design compliance with project BIM standards. Maintain model accuracy and manage revisions throughout the project lifecycle. Support BIM Coordinators and Engineers in model setup, documentation, and data management. Ensure that all deliverables meet the required

LOD (Level of Development)

and quality standards.

Technical Skills Required:

Proficiency in

Autodesk Revit MEP

(mandatory). Experience with

Navisworks Manage

for clash detection. Understanding of

BIM workflows

,

LOD standards

, and

BEP (BIM Execution Plan)

. Knowledge of

MEP coordination principles

and

construction sequencing

. Familiarity with codes and standards related to

plumbing and firefighting

design (e.g., NBC, NFPA).
