Key responsibilities

Modeling and maintenance: Create, manage, and maintain detailed BIM models according to project specifications and US industry standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate project data and ensure models are accurate and up-to-date.

Coordination: Participate in BIM coordination meetings, perform clash detection, and resolve any modeling conflicts.

Quality assurance: Conduct quality checks on models to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

Documentation: Generate construction documents, drawings, and other deliverables from the BIM model.

Standards and protocols: Implement and uphold BIM standards and protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

Support and training: Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and workflows.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,652.83 - ₹45,820.46 per month
