. Develop, manage, and update

LOD 300-LOD 500 MEP BIM models

using

Revit MEP

. Conduct

clash detection

and

coordination

using

Navisworks Manage

, resolving inter-discipline conflicts efficiently. Lead

MEP coordination meetings

with architectural, structural, and BIM teams to ensure design consistency and integration. Review

project documentation

, including RFIs, redlines, and specifications, to maintain model accuracy and compliance. Prepare

shop drawings

,

as-built drawings

, and

MEP schedules

derived from BIM models. Implement and adhere to

BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

and company BIM standards. Mentor and provide

technical guidance

to BIM modelers, ensuring quality and timely deliverables. Utilize

BIM 360

Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

for model management and collaboration. Coordinate with

design and site teams

to align models with construction requirements and schedules. Revit MEP | Navisworks Manage | AutoCAD | BIM 360 / ACC Strong understanding of
