Role description: Working independently as well as with team Preparation of BIM / CAD deliverables as per client requirement Liaison with lead business and other team members for preparation of design drawings. Working in collaboration with other design disciplines Compliance of Arcadis business management system Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time Role accountabilities: We are now recruiting talented individuals to fill our current vacancy for Senior BIMModeler to work on our projects in Bangalore. To be considered for a role we are seeking candidates with the following credentials: Qualifications & Experience: . BE Civil/Diploma in Civil Engineering. BE preferred. . 5+ years\' experience as BIM Technician working on Civil 3D software. Experience to support flood control infrastructure design and construction projects. Experience with preparing 3D models in AutoDesk Civil 3D. Knowing Bentley OpenRoads Designer will be added advantage. Proficient in preparing integrated and dynamic 3D models for heavy civil infrastructure projects. Project examples may include demolition, rehabilitation, and/or new construction of levees, floodwalls, waterways, reservoirs, locks, dams, drainage systems, and roadways. projects related to water supply, sewerage, and drainage system will be added advantage. Position will be focused on project layout, geometrics, and survey control grading and drainage design subsurface utility coordination and relocation pavements, ground improvement measures, and slope stabilization systems and erosion and sediment control measures. This position will be responsible for preparing construction drawing packages including plan, profile, cross section, and detail drawings in accordance with the United States National CAD Standard (NCS) or an international equivalent and preparing construction quantity takeoffs using model-based reports. Experience in working on BIM Platform preferred A strong, self-motivated and assertive person capable of working under pressure. Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Flexible to adopt new work & Timings Good Communication.
