ey Responsibilities:
o

reate, manage, coordinate, and update 3D models of construction projects using BIM software. o
ntegrate time-based scheduling data into the BIM model to develop 4D simulations. o
ead BIM coordination meetings and resolve any arising issues. o
evelop 4D and 5D simulations using Navisworks and Synchro Pro will enhance the candidate chance. E



xperience:
o-10 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) as a BIM coordinator. o
xpertise in using Navisworks and Synchro Pro for 4D (time-based scheduling) and 5D (cost estimation) simulations will enhance the candidate chance o
xtensive hands-on experience with BIM software such as Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Dynamo, Synchro Pro, and Revizto. o
amiliarity with international standards like ISO, as well as GCC BIM standards. o
revious experience as a BIM Coordinator on large-scale infrastructure projects.

achelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
