About the Role
We are seeking a
Senior BIM Coordinator
to lead and support BIM coordination across architectural projects. This role requires strong hands-on experience with BIM tools and workflows, along with the ability to coordinate across disciplines and guide project teams to deliver accurate, well-coordinated models and drawings.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable supporting both design and execution stages.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate BIM models across architectural and consultant teams
Manage and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows
Support architects and designers with BIM execution and coordination
Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues
Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance
Guide and mentor junior BIM team members
Support project teams through design development and construction stages
Requirements
5+ years of BIM experience in architecture or construction projects
Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM coordination workflows
Experience coordinating models across multiple disciplines
Solid understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong communication and coordination skills
