Overview:

We are looking for a

Senior BIM Coordinator

with hands-on experience supporting

architectural and construction projects

. This role focuses on

Revit-based BIM coordination

, working closely with architects and project teams to ensure accurate, coordinated models and drawings.

This role is specific to

architecture and building projects

.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate BIM models for architectural projects Manage Revit models, standards, and templates Support architects with BIM execution and coordination Identify and resolve clashes and coordination issues Review models for accuracy and drawing quality Train and guide junior BIM team members

Requirements:

5+ years of BIM experience in architecture or construction Strong proficiency in

Revit

Experience coordinating models across disciplines Understanding of architectural drawings and construction workflows Ability to handle multiple projects independently

Preferred:

Experience transitioning teams from CAD to BIM Exposure to Navisworks or similar coordination tools Strong communication and documentation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
