Job Description

Sr.Billing Engineer

Qua : BE.CIVIL Engineer

skills : BBS , BOQ , Autocad : mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Quantity & Estimation:

Extract quantities from drawings, prepare BOQs, and estimate costs.

Bill Preparation:

Generate Running Account (RA) bills, advance bills, and final bills for clients and subcontractors.

Site Coordination:

Visit sites, take measurements, check work progress, and verify site data with engineers/surveyors.

Verification & Certification:

Check and certify contractor/vendor bills, invoices, and material consumption.

Material Reconciliation:

Monitor free-issue materials (steel, cement, etc.) and recover costs for excess usage/wastage.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain billing records, prepare reconciliation statements, and manage digital documentation.

Payment Follow-up:

Liaise with accounts for timely payment release and handle client billing queries.

Contract Compliance:

Analyze contract terms related to payments and deliverables.
