Position: Senior Engineer - Billing

Industry:

Construction Contracting (Residential & Commercial Projects)

Role:

Responsible for contractor billing, estimation, and client billing for residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare & verify RA and final bills for contractors/subcontractors

Client billing as per BOQ, drawings, and contract terms

Quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and estimation

Monitor work progress vs billing and cost

Coordinate with site, planning, and accounts teams

Requirements:

BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering

7-12 years' experience in construction contracting

Strong knowledge of billing, estimation & BOQs

Proficient in

MS Excel, Pref. AutoCAD, Primavera

Working knowledge of

ERP systems

(billing / project modules)

Soft Skills:

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and coordination skills

Analytical and problem-solving approach

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Professional client-handling skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
