Job Description

Position: Senior Billing Engineer

Experience:

8-15 years (Interior Fit-Out projects preferred)

Qualification:

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Preparation, checking, and submission of

RA bills and final bills

for interior fit-out works Measurement and certification of works related to

civil, finishing, carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, MEP coordination

, etc. Verification of

BOQ, drawings, and specifications

before billing Preparation of

client bills, subcontractor bills, and vendor bills

Joint measurement with client/PMC and closure of observations Rate analysis for

extra items, non-BOQ works, and variations

Maintaining proper

measurement books (MBs), abstracts, and billing records

Reconciliation of billed quantities vs executed quantities Coordination with

site engineers, planning team, procurement, and accounts

Assisting in

final account settlement

with client and subcontractors Tracking

certifications, deductions, retention, and payment status

Ensuring billing compliance with

contract terms and conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?960,000.00 per year
