Prepare, submit, and follow up on running and final bills as per contract terms.
Verify subcontractor bills based on work done at the site and agreed rates.
Prepare and maintain reconciliation statements between client and subcontractor bills.
Quantity Estimation & BOQ Analysis:
Study drawings, specifications, and BOQ for preparing accurate quantity take-offs.
Monitor work progress and update billing quantities accordingly.
Coordinate with planning and site execution teams for physical verification of work.
Documentation & Coordination:
Ensure proper documentation, including measurement books (MBs), RA bills, and deviation statements.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments (execution, procurement, planning).
Handle escalation of billing issues and provide resolution support.
Cost Control & MIS Reporting:
Track and report on billing status, cash flow, and project cost vs. billed values.
Prepare monthly billing MIS, reconciliation reports, and variation/extra item claims.
