We are Hiring! | Senior Billing Engineer at PDC Buildcon

PDC Buildcon is looking for an experienced Senior Billing Engineer to join our team in Pune. If you have 7 to 10 years of experience in billing, quantity estimation, and cost control within the construction industry, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

? Client & Contractor Billing: Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor invoices
? Quantity Estimation: Calculate quantities from drawings and ensure accuracy in measurements
? BOQ & Rate Analysis: Prepare and analyze Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and verify item rates
? Cost Control & Budgeting: Track project costs, control expenses, and ensure budget compliance
? Reconciliation & Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of bills, payment certificates, and work orders
? Coordination & Compliance: Work closely with project teams, vendors, and clients for smooth billing operations
? MIS Reporting: Generate progress reports, cost statements, and financial summaries for management review

What We're Looking For:

? Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years in billing & estimation within the construction industry
? Qualification: B.E./B.Tech

in Civil Engineering or a relevant field
? Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, SAP, ERP, or other billing & estimation software
? Detail-Oriented Approach: Strong analytical skills to ensure precision in measurements and cost calculations
? Industry Knowledge: Understanding of contract terms, taxation (GST), and regulatory compliances related to billing
