Senior Bench Sales Recruiter
to join our team and contribute to our business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Market and place
US-based consultants
(H1B, GC, US Citizens, OPT, CPT, L2, TN, etc.) on various client requirements.
Build strong relationships with Tier-1 Vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Proactively identify, engage, and close positions for bench consultants across technologies.
Manage the entire sales cycle: job requirement matching, negotiation, submission, and interview follow-ups.
Maintain a strong database of vendors and develop long-term business relationships.
Prepare and present regular performance reports and consultant pipelines.
Requirements:
Minimum
3+ years
of hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales.
Strong knowledge of the
US IT staffing market
, visa classifications, and hiring trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of
consistently placing consultants
with top vendors and clients.
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
Proficient with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, etc. and ATS like Ceipal, Oorwin, etc.
