Key Responsibilities:
Market and place bench consultants with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners.
Maintain a strong database of vendors, clients, and consultants for ongoing opportunities.
Negotiate rates, contract terms, and close deals effectively.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and consultants.
Track daily submissions, interview schedules, and consultant status updates.
Stay updated on current market trends to maximize placement opportunities.
Requirements:
2-4 years of hands-on
Bench Sales Recruiting experience
in the US IT staffing industry.
Strong knowledge of visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizen).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Proven ability to achieve targets and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive approach.
