8+ years of proven experience in international IT sales

The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in

freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, Freelancer

, along with strong

team leadership and client management skills

.

Key Responsibilities



Generate quality leads and close IT projects via

Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar platforms

Handle

end-to-end client communication

and proposal presentations Build and maintain

long-term relationships with international clients

Lead, mentor, and manage the

business development/sales team

Required Skills & Qualifications



8+ years

of experience in

IT sales and business development

Strong hands-on experience with

freelancing portals

(Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.) Proven expertise in

team handling and client handling

Solid understanding of

IT technologies

(Web, Mobile, Software Development, Digital Solutions) Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-driven with a strong focus on

revenue generation and target achievement


Preferred Qualifications



Strong knowledge of

proposal writing and bidding strategies

Immediate joiners
