Job Summary

Utilize Business Scorecard techniques to measure and improve business performance. Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster business development. Lead negotiations and manage contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to support business growth. Oversee the preparation of business proposals and presentations for potential clients. Ensure alignment of business development activities with company goals and objectives. Manage and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies. Track and report on key performance indicators to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
