Key Responsibilities:
1. Drink Preparation & Service
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Ensure drink quality, presentation, and consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area at all times.
2. Customer Interaction
Greet and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide recommendations and customize drinks based on customer preferences.
Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
3. Bar Operations
Open and close the bar following standard operating procedures.
Manage bar setup, garnishes, glassware, and station organization.
Monitor bar supplies and ensure stock is replenished timely.
4. Inventory & Stock Control
Track usage and maintain inventory records.
Report shortages, damages, or losses to management.
Assist in placing orders for supplies and beverages.
5. Team Leadership
Guide, train, and support junior bartenders and barbacks.
Delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
Motivate team to achieve service and sales targets.
6. Sales & Upselling
Promote signature cocktails and bar specials.
Upsell premium products to maximize revenue.
Participate in promotional events and themed nights.
7. Compliance
Follow all local and state laws regarding alcohol service.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Ensure responsible alcohol service and monitor guest intoxication levels.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of bartending experience; at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Certification in bartending/mixology is preferred.
