Position Overview:
We are looking for a
Senior Bank Officer
to manage and oversee the company's banking operations, financial transactions, fund management, and coordination with multiple banks. The ideal candidate will have strong banking experience, excellent analytical skills, and sound knowledge of financial compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day banking activities, including fund transfers, payments, and reconciliations.
Coordinate with multiple banks for account management, documentation, and transaction support.
Prepare and review banking and financial reports.
Manage cash flow and ensure timely availability of funds for company operations.
Monitor and verify all bank-related transactions, charges, and interest calculations.
Maintain strong relationships with bank representatives and resolve any discrepancies.
Support management with financial planning and provide insights for decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI regulations, and statutory norms.
Handle online banking portals, loan documentation, and fund disbursement activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in banking operations, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of banking procedures, online transaction systems, and fund management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and banking software/portals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Salary:
As per industry standards and experience.
