Requirements
Minimum 5 years of backend engineering experience using
Python

Node.js

Go
Currently employed in a
product-based organization
(not purely services/outsourcing)
Strong skills in designing RESTful APIs, authentication/authorization (JWT/OAuth2, RBAC)
Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, query optimization
Experience with caching strategies (Redis, Memcached)
Knowledge of asynchronous programming, event-driven systems, message queues (SQS, Kafka, Pub/Sub)
Experience in cloud infrastructure and serverless architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Familiarity with containerization (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, version control workflows
Ability to take ownership, work independently in fast-paced setups, and deliver high-quality solutions
Good communication, collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
Architect, design, build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python / Node.js / Go
Model and optimize data schemas, queries, and database performance
Implement caching, indexing, and other performance enhancements
Build background tasks, cron jobs, event-driven workflows, message processing systems
Deploy services using microservice or serverless paradigms
Ensure reliability, security, observability, and scalability of systems
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to ship features end-to-end
Conduct code reviews, optimize CI/CD pipelines, monitor performance
Leverage AI-assist tools (Copilot, Tabnine, etc.) to improve productivity and code quality
