: Senior Backend Development Engineer

Location -

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the backend architecture design, development, and optimization of the company's core systems.

2. Lead and participate in the design and implementation of the company's AI systems.

3. Provide technical support in system operations and maintenance to ensure system stability and security.

4. Explore and apply large language models (LLM), RAG, and AI agents in the company's products.

5. Assist the team in tackling technical challenges and making technical roadmap decisions.

6. Participate in the writing and maintenance of technical documentation, as well as related technical sharing.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. At least 3+ years of backend development experience with solid programming and algorithmic foundations.

3. Familiar with distributed system architecture design, with experience in large-scale system development and maintenance.

4. Proficient in basic operational skills, capable of handling common system failures and performance issues.

5. Prior experience and deep understanding of large language models, RAG, and AI agents are preferred.

6. Proficient in Python development, with experience in Lang chain and Open AI SDK preferred.

7. Strong problem analysis and resolution skills, able to independently undertake tasks and drive project progress.

8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, willing to share and learn new technologies.
