Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a backend engineer
Strong experience in Python or JavaScript (Node.js)
Currently working in a product-based organization
Full-time commitment only; should not be engaged in any other role
Must be based in India
Strong understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and database systems
Experience with performance optimization, scalability, and debugging
Experience working in remote product environments
Should have their own laptop (MacBook Preferred)
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs
Collaborate with frontend, design, and product teams
Write clean, secure, and scalable backend code
Develop and optimize database schemas and queries
Implement integrations with external systems and services
Improve system performance, reliability, and monitoring
Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues
