About the Role

We are seeking a

Senior Backend Developer

with strong expertise in

FastAPI, Django

, and

Cloud-based AI applications

. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, and deploying robust backend systems that power AI-driven products and platforms. You will work closely with our AI, IoT, and frontend teams to build scalable microservices and manage full product lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs using

FastAPI

and

Django

. Build and manage

RESTful and WebSocket

services for high-performance systems. Integrate AI/ML models into backend workflows. Deploy and manage applications using

Docker

,

Kubernetes

, and cloud services (

AWS / Azure / GCP

). Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and AI engineers to ensure seamless product delivery. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with version control (Git). Implement and maintain database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Ensure application scalability, performance optimization, and security. Lead and mentor junior developers in the backend and cloud architecture.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

4+ years of experience

in backend development. Strong command of

FastAPI

,

Django

,

Python

, and API design principles. Proficiency with

Cloud infrastructure

(AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with

containerization (Docker)

and

orchestration (Kubernetes)

. Familiarity with

AI/ML model integration

,

data pipelines

, and related frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow preferred). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Must be willing to

work onsite in Gurugram

and attend

in-person interviews

.

Nice to Have

Experience in

microservices architecture

and

serverless computing

. Knowledge of

CI/CD pipelines

and

cloud automation

. Understanding of

computer vision or NLP

APIs integration.

Competitive; commensurate with experience and skill level.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
