About the Role:

We are hiring a

Senior Backend Developer

who is not only strong in backend programming but also has experience managing servers and integrating

Razorpay

for secure and seamless payment processing. You will lead the development and maintenance of backend systems powering our applications, handle deployments, and ensure high performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust backend systems, REST APIs, and database structures. Integrate

Razorpay Payment Gateway

(Orders, Webhooks, Refunds, Subscriptions, etc.). Deploy and manage backend services on

cloud servers

(e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean, GCP). Monitor server health, optimize performance, and handle basic

Linux, AWS, Hostinger, Contabo server administration

. Implement data security protocols and manage access control. Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and product teams. Conduct code reviews, write clean, testable code, and mentor junior developers. Handle error tracking, logging, and reporting with tools like Sentry, Loggly, etc.

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of backend development experience. Strong in

Node.js / PHP / React/ Python / Java

(based on your stack). Experience with

Razorpay Payment Gateway

- including handling payment links, webhooks, and refunds. Hands-on knowledge of

Linux-based server environments

(Apache, Nginx). Experience with

cloud hosting platforms

like AWS, DigitalOcean, or Firebase Hosting. Database experience:

MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL

. Familiar with

Git

,

API documentation tools

(Swagger/Postman). Understanding of

OAuth/JWT

,

API security

,

SSL

, and

firewalls

.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience with

Docker

,

CI/CD

, and automated deployments. Monitoring tools: Uptime Robot, Grafana, Prometheus. Familiarity with

Razorpay Subscriptions

or

UPI-based payments

. Knowledge of

microservices

and scalable architecture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience. Strong portfolio, GitHub, or past Razorpay implementation samples preferred.
