About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SnapLogic ETL Developer with strong Python FastAPI expertise to support our client in the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will be able to lead the design, development, and optimization of backend data and application integrations, working independently and handling complex integration environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain integration pipelines using SnapLogic ETL Build and optimize backend services using Python FastAPI Handle design, tuning, and improvement of backend integrations Work with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for scripting and data transformations Lead development activities with at least 5+ years of Tech Lead experience Ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards Guide and support team members when required Perform code reviews and participate in peer reviews Ensure development best practices and delivery timelines are followed Work with architects and business stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility Handle requirement discussions and maintain clarity across teams Assist with requirements gathering, user story creation, and task estimation Support creation and maintenance of technical documentation Analyze and resolve technical or application issues Package and support deployment of releases Perform post-deployment checks and tuning

Must-Have Skills & Experience

8-10 years of overall experience Minimum 5 years as a Tech Lead

Hands-on experience with:

SnapLogic ETL Development Python FastAPI Oracle SQL and PL/SQL Experience working on backend integrations in financial services Strong understanding of development principles, performance tuning, and integration architecture Ability to manage stakeholders and deliver end-to-end solutionsGood-to-Have Skills AWS Cloud Services Kubernetes (K8s) CI/CD and DevOps practices Team leadership and task delegation Project documentation Risk management and contingency planning

Pay: ?118,000.00 - ?132,000.00 per month
