Role Overview

:
As a

Senior Backend Developer

, you will design, develop, and optimize the backend for our

mobile and web applications

. You will be responsible for

API development, database management, performance optimization, and integrations

with third-party services like payment gateways, AI matching algorithms, and real-time chat.

Key Responsibilities

:

Design and develop advanced applications with a focus on performance and user experience. Optimize application performance and ensure smooth functionality across iOS and Android platforms.

Architect and develop scalable backend systems

for mobile and web platforms.

Design and optimize APIs (RESTful & GraphQL)

to support seamless front-end integration.

Manage databases (SQL & NoSQL)

to ensure efficiency and scalability.

Implement authentication & security measures

(OAuth, JWT, Firebase Authentication).

Develop real-time features

(WebSockets, Firebase Realtime DB, or Socket.io).

Integrate third-party services

such as payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal), messaging APIs, and AI tools.

Optimize performance and scalability

to support growing user traffic.

Work closely with frontend developers

to ensure seamless API consumption.

Set up cloud infrastructure

(AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment. Must be proficient in node js, dynamo db.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Mentor junior developers

and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in mobile application development. Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.

Programming Languages

: Node.js, Python, or Go

Frameworks

: Express.js, NestJS, Django, or FastAPI

API Development

: RESTful, GraphQL

Databases

: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, Supabase

Authentication & Security

: OAuth, JWT, Role-Based Access Control

Cloud & DevOps

: AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3), GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes

Real-Time Communication

: WebSockets, Firebase Realtime Database, SignalR

CI/CD Pipelines

: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD

Preferred Skills

:

Experience with

serverless architectures

(AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions) Experience with

AI/ML integrations

(recommendation systems, AI-driven matching) Knowledge of

blockchain or Web3 integrations

Previous experience in

mentorship, education, or social media platforms
