Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Backend Developer

with strong expertise in

Node.js

,

TypeScript

, and working knowledge of

Ruby

. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a

remote-first

setup (Shift Timings:

5 Days/Week | 12 PM - 10 PM IST

).

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain backend applications using

Node.js

and

TypeScript

Integrate and support

Ruby-based

services and APIs Design and implement

RESTful APIs

and

microservices

Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions Participate in

code reviews

, ensure best practices, and maintain coding standards Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis

Requirements

5+ years

of backend development experience Strong proficiency in

Node.js

and

TypeScript

Working knowledge of

Ruby

Experience with

MySQL

,

MongoDB

, and

API development

Familiarity with

Docker

,

Git

, and

Microservices architecture

Understanding of

cloud platforms

(AWS or Azure preferred) Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a

remote, collaborative environment
