The Role
We're seeking a
Senior Backend Engineer
with 3+ years of Java development experience to architect and build the intelligent backend systems that power our AI-driven fleet management platform. You'll work on high-scale, real-time data processing systems handling GPS telemetry, video analytics streams, and predictive algorithms that serve thousands of vehicles and users daily.?
This is a hands-on technical role where you'll design scalable microservices, optimize database architectures for time-series and geospatial data, and integrate cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities into production systems.
What You'll Do
Architect & Build Scalable Systems
Design and develop robust microservices using
Java 11+, Spring Boot
, and RESTful APIs to handle real-time fleet data at scale?
Build and optimize database solutions using
PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB (time-series)
, and
NoSQL databases
for high-velocity IoT data streams?
Develop server-side logic for GPS tracking, video analytics processing, and AI-driven insights delivery
Drive Technical Innovation
Integrate AI/ML models for driver behavior analytics, predictive maintenance, and route optimization into production backend services?
Design and implement real-time data pipelines processing telemetry from thousands of fleet vehicles
Build APIs for seamless integration with ERPs, third-party systems, and mobile/web applications
Ensure Quality & Performance
Implement containerization using

and orchestration with

for cloud-native deployment?
Establish CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment across

Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and champion best practices in software craftsmanship?
