About the Role

We are hiring a Backend Engineer with 5-6 years of experience who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong hold on Spring Boot and Node.js, and enjoys cracking tough bugs as much as shipping clean code. If you also know Python, that's a big plus. And if you're a musician or have a deep love for music, you'll feel right at home with us.

This is an on-site role based in Bangalore--we believe true collaboration and creativity spark best when we build together, in person.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable backend services using Spring Boot and Node.js. Rapidly debug and resolve issues across systems and APIs. Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and QA to deliver high-impact features. Write clean, testable code and document technical decisions. Participate in architecture and design discussions to shape the tech roadmap. Improve performance, reliability, and monitoring of backend systems.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot and Node.js. Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and microservices. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with Git, CI/CD, and development workflows.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with Python for scripting or backend services. Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Understanding of application security and performance tuning.
