How you will contribute



We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our growing team. As we scale rapidly, we seek an entrepreneurial and self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on with modern front-end technologies, has deep experience in building and deploying scalable applications, and is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python(Django/FastAPI/Flask). Build robust data processing pipelines and microservices that support our coreapplications and data-driven products. Deploy and manage backend services on Azure Cloud using services such as AppServices, Functions, Blob Storage, and Azure SQL/NoSQL. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment usingtools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of backend systems. Work closely with front-end developers, data teams, and product managers to define and deliver APIs that power business features. Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or equivalent tools. Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Maintain documentation and ensure best practices for coding, testing, and deployment. Work with background task queues such as Celery and message brokers like Azure Service Bus or Kafka. Integrate Large Language Model (LLM) APIs (e.g., OpenAI) or frameworks like LangChain into enterprise application.

Qualifications


4-7 years of backend development experience, primarily with Python and frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or Flask. Strong experience with Azure Cloud Services and cloud-native development. Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and automating deployments. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration. Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB). Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus. Knowledge of security best practices, authentication/authorization, and data privacy principles. Strong debugging and performance optimization skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience with background processing tools like Celery and message brokers such as Azure Service Bus or Kafka. Familiarity with data processing and scientific libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib is a plus. Experience integrating LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI) or working with LangChain in an enterprise setting is a significant advantage.
