Join our mission-driven engineering team to craft the next generation of B2C products used by millions. We're looking for a hands-on engineer who can own backend architecture, work across the stack, and make high-impact technical decisions. Your Impact

Architect, develop, and optimize backend services using Java (Spring Boot). Design cloud-native systems and real-time components on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Build and maintain efficient data models and APIs with PostgreSQL and Redis. Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps to ship impactful features. Contribute to internal dashboards and admin tools using ReactJS when needed.

What You Bring

5+ years in software engineering with a strong backend focus. Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API design. Must have proven hands-on experience with GCP in production environments. Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and Redis for large-scale systems. Working knowledge of ReactJS for frontend/dashboard development. Experience in a B2C environment.

Bonus Points

Familiarity with Python frameworks (FastAPI/Django). Knowledge of event-driven systems (Kafka, streaming architectures). Experience with AI/ML integrations (vector DBs, GPT, RAG workflows, chatbots). Understanding of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OTEL). Track record of scaling large B2C platforms.
