Senior Back Office Coordinator

Job Description

To communicate between customers and liaison with overseas/domestic suppliers. Track customer orders, billing, payment, maintain office files and market research over internet and tracking new enquiries and preparation of presentations etc.

Prepare production and shipment planning as per supplier requirements and align logistics based on such planning with customers.

To negotiate freights with Freight Forwarders and arrange bookings as per the required timelines agreed with suppliers/ customers.

Support customers with samples, technical data, presentations etc.

Candidates must have Advanced MS Office Skills and excellent Written and Oral communication skills in English and capable of self-correspondence with graduation as minimum qualification.

The candidate should be capable of taking the responsibility of Planning, Maintaining proper documentation in timely manner and take follow ups with Supplier/ Customers.

Job involves communication over telephone and Emails & Back office support work.

Minimum Work Experience required is 4 years in relevant profile.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
