Minimum 5 years in travel industry (with strong B2B / sales experience)
Key Responsibilities
Identify, source and onboard new B2B clients (travel agents, corporates, tour operators) for travel products.
Generate leads, pitch proposals, and close partnerships for travel bookings (flights, hotels, packages, etc.).
Maintain, nurture and upsell to existing B2B clients to maximize revenue.
Liaise with internal operations / backend teams to ensure deliverability, pricing, inventory & service standards.
Monitor market trends, competitor offers, and client feedback to improve offerings.
Negotiate commercial terms, margins, commission structures with clients & partners.
Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and report pipeline, forecasts, performance.
Represent company in travel trade events, roadshows, client visits.
Coordinate with marketing teams for B2B campaigns, co-brand promotions.
Requirements / Skills
5+ years of experience in
B2B sales / business development
in the travel industry.
Good network among travel agents, tour operators, corporate travel buyers.
Strong negotiation & closing skills.
Understanding of travel products (packages, flights, hotels, transfers) and margins.
Excellent communication, presentation & relationship management skills.
Graduate / Diploma in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or equivalent.
