Key Responsibilities
Acquire and manage
B2B enterprise clients (1,000-200,000+ employees)
Deliver
ILT/VLT training projects (500-2000 man-days)
across ERP, CRM, Cloud, AI/ML, RPA, Big Data, Programming, and more
Conduct demos, qualify prospects, and maintain pipeline in
CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce)
Consistently achieve
6-30+ new client acquisitions annually
Meet aggressive sales targets and timelines
Candidate Profile
8-12 years overall experience with
5+ years in B2B IT training sales
Strong IT learning market knowledge
Proven track record in enterprise client acquisition & training delivery
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
B2C experience will

Strong LinkedIn network (5,000+ connections is a plus)
