As we continue to grow, we are looking for a seasoned B2B Marketing Strategist to lead strategy development, guide clients, and elevate the quality of our marketing engagements.
Role Overview
The Senior B2B Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and leading end-to-end B2B marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients across various industries. This role requires deep strategic thinking, strong client-facing skills, and hands-on experience across the B2B marketing funnel.
You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure strategies are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with client's business objectives
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform positioning and messaging
Design go-to-market strategies, demand generation frameworks, and full-funnel marketing plans
Translate business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps and KPIs
Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, presenting recommendations and performance insights
Collaborate with internal execution teams to ensure strategic consistency and excellence
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and insights
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a marketing agency or consulting environment
Proven experience developing and leading B2B marketing strategies for mid-market or enterprise clients
Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and lead nurturing
Experience working with digital channels (content, paid media, SEO, marketing automation, CRM)
Excellent client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
