We are seeking a Senior Azure Generative AI Engineer to build and scale an enterprise-grade AI Copilot platform across Microsoft Teams and web channels. The role involves designing GenAI-powered workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and agentic automation using Azure-native services and Model Context Protocol (MCP)-style integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop Generative AI solutions using Azure-native AI services
Build RAG pipelines including ingestion, embedding, retrieval, and synthesis
Implement agentic workflows and automations
Develop backend services and APIs for AI orchestration and tool invocation
Integrate enterprise systems using event-driven and API-based architectures
Enforce identity, security, RBAC, and data governance policies
Monitor, optimize, and control AI system performance, latency, and cost
Collaborate with frontend, data, and DevOps teams to deliver production-grade AI systems

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹56,000.00 per month
