:

?To take charge of the Ayurveda spa department

?Arranging consultations with guests in coordination with reception for check in and spa managers for daily consultations.

?Developing the protocol, SOP and quality policies and ensuring this is improved from time to time.

?Consulting the Ayurveda guests, understanding their concerns and guiding them the Ayurveda , holistic and Yoga approach of healing.

?Restoring patients to good health by administering or suggesting holistic therapies such as massages, diet, yoga and mindfulness.

?Conducting detailed screening and tests to reveal health issues.

?Informing guests about the functions and benefits of each treatment.

?Recording and documenting notes after each consultation.

?Monitoring and evaluating the results and progress of treatments.

?Tailoring the approach to treatment based on results obtained, if needed

?Ensuring that the office is stocked with fresh and well-maintained supplies of oils and products.

?Providing consultation to the patients as per the appointment schedules.

?Understanding patient health issues and prescribing necessary holistic therapies.

?Answering queries and concerns of the patients.

?To train the team and develop their skills and ability in improving the treatment experience.

?Enhancing customer satisfaction and customer excellence through services provided.

?Assigning tasks to the fellow Practitioners and other team members.

?To deal with vulnerable and sensitive guests in a calm and patient way and help every individual in the path of healing.

?To support and provide all the information required for marketing promotions.

?To present and explain all the reports and documentation required by the management.

?To constantly work towards improving the healing experience of the staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
