requests.
xefx82xb7 Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, escalating complex issues to appropriate
product teams.
xefx82xb7 Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and runbooks for AWS
environments to ensure quick resolution of incidents.
xefx82xb7 Design and optimize cloud monitoring strategies using AWS CloudWatch,
Splunk, and Datadog.
xefx82xb7 Work closely with security and DevOps teams to enhance AWS environments.
xefx82xb7 Provide advanced support and optimization for AWS services, including EC2,
EKS, S3, RDS, Elastic Load Balancing, Auto Scaling, and AWS Lambda.
xefx82xb7 Implement AWS networking solutions, including VPC setup, security groups, and
network ACLs.
xefx82xb7 Ensure compliance with AWS best practices and security standards.
xefx82xb7 Assist in cloud architecture reviews and suggest optimizations for operational
efficiency.
xefx82xb7 Drive continuous improvement initiatives for AWS performance, security, and
automation.
xefx82xb7 Mentor and guide junior analysts in AWS best practices and troubleshooting.
