Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AV Technician with strong technical expertise in installing, configuring, and servicing audio-visual systems. This role requires hands-on field experience, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to manage on-site installations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

? Install, configure, and test AV equipment such as:

Interactive flat panels Projectors & displays Speakers, microphones & amplifiers Cameras and digital podiums
? Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site

? Perform system integration, including wiring, connectivity, networking & cable management

? Conduct demonstrations and provide user training at client sites

? Handle routine maintenance, repairs, and service requests

? Maintain installation reports, service documentation & client communication

? Travel to institutions for installations & support as required

Qualification & Skills:

? ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer, or related field

? 2-3 years of hands-on AV installation/service experience is mandatory

? Strong knowledge of AV systems, display technologies, audio setups & basic networking

? Ability to troubleshoot independently and manage complex installations

? Professional behavior and strong client-handling skills

? Ability to work in a field/technical environment with frequent travel

? Familiarity with smart classroom or EdTech solutions is a plus
