What you will be doing:
Test software applications for defect free deliveries.
Identifies application requirements and comes up with Test Scenarios.
Provide UAT support during testing.

Liaison for interdepartmental interactions
Representative of the testing team, serves as point of escalation for project issues
Test planning, including development of testing goals and strategy
Test-process definition, training, and continual improvement
Use of metrics to support continual test-process improvement
Analyze/assess risks to the Test project and escalate when needed
Attends project status meetings
Ensures quality of the release
Verifying the quality of the requirements, including testability, requirement definition, test design, test condition reviews, test script and test data development, test environment configuration, test script configuration management, and test execution
Responsible for tracking and meeting baselined test activities for Test Team
Coordinates necessary Test resources to produce deliverables
Establishes phase entry and exit criteria
Attend status meetings
Supplies weekly updates on scheduled deliverables
Analyze/assess risks to the Test project and escalate when needed
Help identify best ways to leverage Test tools on the project
Stays current on latest test approaches and tools, and transfers this knowledge to Test team
Implements test-process improvements resulting from lessons learned and benefits surveys
Test-process implementation/compliance
Ensures that test-product documentation is complete
Ensures quality of the release
Performs or coordinates automation script updates/creation/execution estimations
Coordinates the designs and develops test procedures and cases based upon requirements
Coordinates internal automated script reviews
Oversees automation compliance
Assigns/coordinates automation tasks
Tracks automation-specific testing task progress
Analyzes/assesses risks to the Test project and escalates when needed
Maintain user-defined functions in the automation framework
Researches issues reported by testers
Assists with directory issues such as configuration, out of balances, integrity errors, etc.
Extensive knowledge of Core Banking functionalities - Retail Deposits, Lending
Knowledge and experience in automation execution
Metrics and status reporting to executive management
Extensive knowledge of Test Management tools - JIRA, TestRail/Zephyr
Knowledge of UI / API Tools
Stakeholder Management
Participate in meetings and highlight Risks / Issues
Review of defects on a periodical basis
Participate in Triage of Defects and track it until closure
Establish a Dashboard for Defects
Preparation of Test Plan, Test Validation Document, Test Strategy
Prepare/Review Test Estimations
Tracking of deliverables
