Palo Alto Networks Automation CoE group is looking for a seasoned Test automation technical lead to design, develop and deliver state of the art Test Automation solutions for the entire organization. You will be part of a world-class software engineering team that works on various ground-breaking technologies in the Process / Test Automation area. We want passionate Test automation leads who love to innovate and stay hands-on building test automation solutions. As a technical lead, you will be expected to lead and participate in all phases of the product development cycle, from definition and design through development, testing, and deployment.

Your Impact

Provide Technical leadership, Allocate work and mentor a team of engineers

Develop relationships with business partners and other team leaders

Communicate effectively with business partners and other teams to identify needs and propose technical solutions

Understand end-to-end business processes and drive high-quality solutions that scale as the company grows

Oversee design, development, and delivery of new automation solutions and functionality

Ensure production support issues are resolved in a timely and effective way

Maintain knowledge of industry trends and business developments

Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change

Comply with and help enforce standard policies and procedures

Ensure team follows best practices and lives the Palo Alto Network values

Qualifications

BS/MS degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 7+ years of overall IT experience

1-3 years experience as a Test Automation Architect with exposure to UiPath products (Studio Pro, Orchestrator, Test Manager, Robots etc.)

5-8 years experience as a Test Automation Engineer across Web UI testing, Desktop App testing, data driven test approach, API testing, Mobile Application Testing

Extensive experience in IT application testing with good exposure to Test Design & Assurance, test scenario design, test and defect management. Experience of full STLC as part of SDLC.

Must have working experience with Salesforce and SAP testing.

Strong experience with a variety of DevOps tools for continuous deployment and continuous testing

Working experience with other test management/defect management/source control products (Ex: ServiceNow, Jira, GitHub etc)
