Job Description

Position:

Senior AUTOCAD Designer

Salary Range:

INR 40,000 - 60,000 per month

FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE PREFERED

Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings, plans, and designs using AutoCAD software.

2. Collaborate with civil engineers, architects, and other professionals to understand project requirements and translate them into accurate drawings.

3. Produce detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.

4. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

5. Coordinate with project teams to incorporate design changes and updates into the drawings.

6. Maintain organized digital and physical archives of drawings and project documentation.

7. Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, such as renderings and 3D visualizations.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

2. Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software such as 3DS Max.

3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and technical drawing standards.

4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation.

5. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

7. Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) software is a plus.

Experience:

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an AutoCAD Drafter in the construction or architectural industry.

2. Proven track record of delivering high-quality drawings and designs.

3. Experience working with civil engineering and architectural teams is preferred.
