: We are looking for an experienced Senior Auditor to independently manage audit assignments, ensure compliance with internal controls, and support risk management processes. Retired bank employees with strong auditing and financial control experience are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
: Plan, conduct, and finalize internal and statutory audit assignments Review financial statements, ledgers, and accounting records Evaluate internal control systems and recommend improvements Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and statutory regulations Identify financial risks and irregularities and report findings to management Verify bank reconciliations, cash flow, loans, advances, and credit controls Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities Prepare audit reports with observations and corrective action plans Monitor implementation of audit recommendations Provide guidance to junior audit staff
Eligibility & Experience
: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA / CMA / MBA preferred) Retired bank officers / auditors are preferable Minimum 8-15 years of experience in auditing, banking, or finance Strong knowledge of banking operations, credit appraisal, and compliance Hands-on experience in internal audits and risk assessment Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and audit procedures Good communication and report-writing skills High integrity and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
