We are seeking an experienced

Audit Manager

who is CA or CA Inter qualified with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will oversee audit engagements, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and lead audit teams effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesAudit Planning & Execution

Plan, execute, and complete statutory, internal, and tax audits within scheduled timelines. Develop audit programs, risk assessment procedures, and testing methodologies. Review working papers and ensure adherence to auditing standards (Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP). Ensure accuracy and completeness of audit documentation and reports.

Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead, guide, and mentor audit staff during engagements. Allocate work to team members and monitor performance. Provide on-the-job training and maintain a collaborative work environment.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards. Prepare and review financial statements, audit reports, and management letters. Identify internal control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions. Liaise with clients, management, and regulatory authorities as required.

Client Management

Act as the primary point of contact for audit clients. Understand client business processes and provide value-added insights. Build and maintain strong professional relationships.

Required Qualifications & Skills

CA or CA Inter qualification is mandatory. Minimum 5 years of relevant audit experience. Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and Audit compliance. Experience managing audit teams and multiple assignments. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Strong communication and client interaction skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and audit tools.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
